How do I create an account?
Open the Nagar app, tap "New here? Create account", choose your role (User or Business Owner), enter your name, email, and password, then verify your email by clicking the link we send you.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Sign In screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new password.
How do I list my business?
Sign up as a "Business Owner". You can then add your business to the Directory, post events, and create deals. All submissions are reviewed by admins before going live.
Why is my post not showing up?
All user submissions go through admin review to keep the community high-quality. Posts usually appear within 24 hours of submission.
How do I report a listing or user?
Tap any listing → tap the 🚩 Report button. We review all reports and take action on listings that violate our community guidelines.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → More tab → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This is permanent and will remove all your data.
