These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Nagar ("we", "us"), operated by Homedecoratio LLC, for use of the Nagar mobile app and website. By creating an account, signing in, or browsing as a guest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Nagar.
1. Objectionable content is not allowed
You may not post, upload, or share anything that is:
- Sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive
- Hateful or discriminatory, including content targeting religion, caste, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, violent, or encouraging self-harm
- Defamatory, false, or misleading, including scams, fraud, or fake listings
- Illegal, or offering illegal goods or services (including drugs, weapons, or counterfeit documents)
- Spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights or privacy
2. Abusive users are not allowed
Harassment, threats, impersonation, or abuse of other members are not tolerated. Accounts that do this are permanently banned, without warning.
3. How we moderate
- Filtering: posts are automatically checked for offensive language before they are published.
- Reporting: every post has a Report option. Reported content is immediately removed from your feed.
- Blocking: you can block any user. Their content disappears from your feed immediately and our team is notified.
- 24-hour response: we review every report within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed and the user who posted it is ejected from Nagar.
- Content reported by several members may be hidden automatically while we review it.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for everything you post. Listings, events, deals, and business information must be honest and accurate. You keep ownership of your content, but give Nagar permission to display it in the app. We may remove any content at any time.
5. Transactions between members
Nagar is a community directory and classifieds platform. We are not a party to any sale, job, rental, or service arranged between members and are not responsible for those transactions. Use good judgment and meet in safe, public places.
6. Guests
Guests may view content but cannot post, view contact details, or report content. Guests must still follow these Terms.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app under More → Settings → Delete Account.
8. Apple App Store terms
These Terms are between you and Nagar, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store Terms of Service.
9. Disclaimer
Nagar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or from content posted by other members.
